Explore Nepal Himalayas is a boutique outfit that offers trekking in the Himalayas. Most major treks are led by Shyam Tamang, the founder of Explore Nepal Himalayas. Other treks are led by trusted guides with a wealth of experience. Our groups are usually small between five and ten and their client profile loves to get out amongst nature and experience the beautiful place that few ever see.  Many of our clients are trekking for the first time and so require hand-holding and support which we provide and help them fulfill their dreams!

Our team consists of experienced guides, porters, cooks, and other support staff who have lived in the mountains for many years. We understand the terrain, climate, and culture of the region better than anyone else. We also understand that safety is paramount when it comes to trekking in such a remote area. That’s why we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety while on our treks. 

We offer a variety of treks ranging from easy day hikes to challenging multi-day expeditions. Whether you’re looking for an adventure or just want to relax and take in the stunning views, we have something for everyone. Our treks are all on this website. Founded by Shyam Tamang, Explore Nepal Himalayas was born of a desire to help others attain their goals in the mountains. We look forward to helping you achieve your ultimate ambitions, as they have theirs. We want you to enjoy the Himalayas as much as we do and devote our energies to achieving that aim.
